A screenshot is worth all four. And if a toy was involved, say which way you paired (Bluetooth, the Lovense app, or Intiface) because those three fail in completely different ways.
Never a password, an invite code, or anything from a Lovense token. Nobody here will ask you for them, and no answer needs one.
